We have a strong commercial property team. We have structured and documented a number of hotel developments and large land subdivisions.
We are 1 of only 2 PNG law firms with specialist in-house PNG tax expertise. This expertise includes providing advice on income tax, salaries and wages tax, GST and stamp duty issues. Structuring transactions in a tax effective manner is a regular part of our work.
Our clients include several companies operating in the technology, media and telecommunications space. We are regularly asked to advise on PNG's National Information and Communications Technology Act 2009 including network licences, radio communications licences and type approvals.
