Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Papua New Guinea in 2021.
Professional Background
Naomi graduated from the University of Papua New Guinea in 2020 and completed her
post-graduate legal training at the Legal Training Institute in early 2021 at which time she
was admitted to practice at the National and Supreme Court of Papua New Guinea.
Naomi is in her second year of practice and has been working with Leahy Lewin Lowing
Sullivan Lawyers since 20 September 2021.
Areas of Experience
Naomi practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation and occasionally with
criminal matters.
Naomi regularly appears at the National Court for disputes in the following areas of law:
- contractual and commercial disputes
- liquidation proceedings
- debt recovery claims
- employment disputes
- insurance related claims and defence
- bail applications
- criminal related cases and defence
- recovery of legal costs
Naomi's practice in commercial includes:
- Providing corporate services for the firm's corporate clients
- Conveyances of property
- Providing general legal advice on land, employment and contractual matters
