Marlyna practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation and occasionally in family
law and wills, probate and administration matters. Marlyna has assisted the Partners and

- Insurance related claims and defence
- Wills, Probate and Administration related proceedings
- Judgement enforcement proceedings
- Child custody and Interim Protection Order applications at the Family Court
- Conducting eviction proceedings at the District Court
